What we collect

Only what we need to run the program: parent/guardian name, email, mobile phone, student name, grade, age, school, After School Program status, optional medical or accommodation notes, your acknowledgment and typed signature, and payment status.

If you share ceremony feedback, we store your response with your registration so our authorized team can follow up privately.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

How we use it

• To register students, run classes, take attendance, and contact you about the program.
• To report fundraising totals (counts and amounts only — never student details) to partner schools.
• Medical notes are confidential and shared only with authorized instructors.

Text messages

We text you only if you opted in. Program texts and promotional texts are separate choices. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply. We never sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Children's information

Student information is provided by a parent/guardian, is never sold, and is visible only to authorized staff. Contact us to review, correct, or delete your child's information.
